It's been a long time, but we wanted to give a little update on our guidelines in light of the recent lifting of lockdown.
We will be allowing clients back in the building with their pets, however strict social distancing must still be adhered to. Given this we would kindly ask clients collecting food and medication to continue waiting outside for the time being, until the social distancing rules are scrapped by the government. This is due to limited capacity in our waiting rooms. If the waiting room is at capacity, there is a chance you will have to wait outside until the vet is ready for you.
Due to social distancing requirements, we would ask one person per household maximum to attend the appointment and to wear a face covering, unless you are exempt by law. We will provide hand sanitiser to use on arrival and departure. If you or a member of your household is suffering from COVID symptoms or is in isolation, then please do not attend the appointment in person
Thanks again everybody for your understanding in what has been a really difficult year and a bit for everyone! We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
